I don't see how he doesn't. Hooker was very solid and I loved the rotation of him, Wilson and Kearse. Kazee was terrible and I hope he moves on and Hooker comes back. He would be a cheap signing again and will also be a full year recovered from his injury.

He was clearly better toward December and I would like to see him return.

Probably boils down to how much Kearse ends up costing since he and Wilson are the likely starters.

If guess Hooker isn't back.

My guess is they bring back Kearse priority, and then between Hooker and Kazee they sign Kazee. Hooker ends up with a better contract and Kazee has his ties to Quin.

They should prioritize Hooker a bit more that's a solid starter at FS for cheap.

If Kearse ends up costing anything of significance I don't think we see Hooker back here.

They will need to pair Kearse with Wilson's rookie deal to make the safety budget work.

Then again if Kearse prices himself out of Dallas, Hooker should become a priority.

I'm not up for a Wilson/Kazee tandem and you know they aren't drafting one until the 6th round.

And don't forget about Mukuhamu or whatever and good ole Reggie Robinson lol.

Only if Hooker continues to be very good and does everything required to earn his money. This season Jerry needs to get some bang for his bucks.

Will "Stephen " bring back Malik Hooker ,... ??

I'd love to check the All-22 but it did seem like Quinn used Hooker in a limited capacity role more so as around the line and underneath than deep centerfield.
But to his credit i thought Hooker tackled better expected, and miraculously he finally stayed healthy throughout the season (only missed one game per Covid protocol ? )

I expect the Cowboys will give him a low ball offer to return. But if some team decides to exceed the Cowboys low ball offer, then if he's gone and then it comes down
to last year rookie safety Israel Mukuamu,...

And that's not even considering returning last year's starter Damontae Kazee, who because of he's a Quinn guy, expect to return with a low ball offer too.
