Will Jerry make more trades today

Will he trade down from 22 and 28 to get more picks. here's what i would do. i would keep my picks and draft the best players on the board. do not reach for need.see Bobby carpenter. he was a need pick at the time. and that was a big mistake. if we make any trades today, i hope it's with players and not draft picks.get something for Greg Ellis while you can Jerry. Spencer is ready to be a starter.

I think he made that trade with Fasano and Ayodele to possibly allow something to happen on draft day, like move up. I wouldn't be stunned if we end up with McFadden in the end, but McFadden would have to fall past the Jets first for that to happen.

A lot of talk among Jet fans on some of the NY newspaper sites that DMac talk is a smokescreen. The Jets brass really value character. Then you have DMac's mom saying yesterday she doesn't want him and his family in NY. The family is the real "character" issue everyone keeps referring to. Hmm that doesn't sound promising if I'm the Jets GM and i'm about to give him a check for $18 million.

Interesting situation. The Jets fans will go nuts if they pass on him, but I could see them trading down if he's on the board. We will see.

Ed Werder said that there is a possibility that Detroit will trade RW if Chad Henne is available at 28. I don't know if he heard that somewhere or if he is making things up. Probably the latter.
