Will McClay Appreciation Thread

I just want to create an appreciation thread for this man. The guy has an eye of a God for crying out loud. He has completely turned our franchise around.

Most importantly, I love his loyalty to the Cowboys. He has turned down multiple GM offers because he wants to remain in Dallas.

Some picks are no brained like zeke, some exceeded expectation like martin and there are picks like Gregory
