I wonder if Mr. Mc Clay has any input about the coaching situation especially Moore and Kitna.
I would think he does. Scouting does not limit itself to players but also play callers. McClay has a unique point of view that would beneficial in making a decision on coaches. Another reason he is so sought after as a GM and JJ is likely paying him like one.I wonder if Mr. Mc Clay has any input about the coaching situation especially Moore and Kitna.

Every team makes collaborative decisions. We are talking about billion dollar businesses with great resources and in our case McClay is a great resource.Great response and totally makes sense. My feeling (however) is the HC should be able to hire and fire his own coaches...
Where McClay is concerned, my guess is the coaching input is incoming.I wonder if Mr. Mc Clay has any input about the coaching situation especially Moore and Kitna.
No. Garrett has more control in McClay's department than vice versa. Remember Judd Garrett is a Director in McClay's pro personnel department.I wonder if Mr. Mc Clay has any input about the coaching situation especially Moore and Kitna.
Great job on drafting.
No official input. Probably very little anecdotal input.
Taco isn’t what we expected and some of it is on him. The don’t think the staff believes he is pushing himself. Was benched because of his attitude. Maybe if he matures we will see a change this year. He is young and handed 6 million dollars at 22 years old.Soft Taco is really his ONLY stain in the last several years with a high pick. That was a bad one. Shante Carver bad. But I would be willing to bet that this was a reach play pushed on by Jerry Jones in desperation to find another edge rusher.
