I believe we have the talent to win but really don't think Moore has the mind to create a game plan to use our players successfully. We have seen him do it at times and sometimes for whole games but he just can't keep it going. Will we use Pollard in the right way and enough, will we try to actually scheme players into successful positions like we did with Cee Dee in motion that one game. Will we efffectively use all of our TE's like we have seen here and there.

If he could just put it together into a coherent gameplan we would be a team to reckon with!

Yeah I never understand why one game we use motion. And then we get away from it.

Was watch the Bengals Game yesterday and was impressed by some of thier out side the box plays that showed allot of low risk creativity, wish Moore would do more of that, I'm not talking about the Turpin end around, that play needs to go away.

Or this crazy weird idea...Just maybe, if the kid struggles, as he did last year... and the head coach who has over 2 decades of playcalling experience as a head coach and won a Super Bowl as a playcaller and once declared he'd never not call plays again. And who has had 3 years with this same team to learn the playbook so that's no excuse either...

Maybe he could elbow the kid outta the way, assert himself as the HEAD COACH and finally show that he knows what the f*** he's doing instead of letting the coordinators coach his team.

S*** or get off the pot McCarthy. I dare ya.

Or take this year's cowardly fanbase approach and give into...
"It's all Kellen's fault." Which is ultimately what I expect.

Grow a pair and actually do your job McCheese.

I don’t think he has the authority to do that.

While I don’t think Jerry calls plays….obviously he does not….I do very much think he meets with Moore during game planning without McCarthy and tells him what “he would like to see.”

That’s why Moore is there in the first place. It’s really no different from the Garrett situation, just disguised differently.

Yep. I agree and have always believed Jerry's got his Garrett Part II (aka Moore) successor HC training program already in place.
I just wanna see something, anything, that let's me know McCarthy is not as so embarrassingly a Yes Man that he couldn't shock us all and yank the playcalling from Kellen if even for a series.
Heck, a play even, lol.

The bigger question is why are we bringing people in so they can learn on the job?? It didn't work with the last guy.

Depends if Dokota actually runs the play or audibles his own # and coughs up the ball
