Will our statuesque QB be able to compete?

There is no doubt Dak went from a guy who moved around pretty well and tucked it and turned up field when needed to a slower, plodding, I won't quite say statue but very immobile QB. But, we are trying to rebuild the OL and I suspect they take a leap forward next year. Martin is done. The two rookies should be better (well Guyton will be better or he won't play). Tyler should keep getting better and Hoffman has shown to be serviceable if needed. Steele won't be worse. So as a whole they'll be better and I suspect we add at least one more OL into the mix either somewhat early in the draft or through free agency (wait, did he just say free agency!!!!). This should hopefully help Dak out and give him some extra time to throw through better pass protection and also the threat of a better run game. Let's hope I'm right o_O

No.

This team is either going to need to draft a QB high at some point, or luck into one.

The only way this team makes a Super Bowl with Dak is if he goes on a 2012 Flacco-like tear where literally everything goes his way.

Dak was slowed by injuries, has more leg injuries. Will he be able to become more mobile at this point in his career or will we see him continue to diminish? How many years was that contract?

Everyone better hope so because there’s no Sean Payton coming to Dallas that’s dumping him and taking the cap hit so expect a yes man saying he likes Dak and we know how it’s going to end
