Will Romo Pull a Troy?

Really dude? We got us a Romo hater here. How about maybe Romo has professional class. It wasn't, then nor now, his job to get coaches fired.

You might go around badmouthing your bosses, but some people prefer to not be poison.
I'm guessing you're one of those that say Garrett ruined his career among others. My stance is he was complicit in his own career. He didn't have to cover Garrett's *** as much as he did. Maybe if he didn't his legacy would be different who knows?

Point is, it’s Garrett that’s a big part if the problem

Do you actually believe that Jimmy could have coaches in today's NFL?

Imo Garrett would have had more success coaching in the 90s than today.

Today I believe Jimmy would be no better than Garrett coaching wise.

Tony will make his remarks in a more sly way compared to Troy who’s more blunt about his feelings. But I respect both of their input either way.

I’m wondering if Romo will dump on the coaches today like Troy did. Romo played with or under most of this staff so not sure if he will dump on them like Troy did. I hope he does.
Tony has been diplomatically exposing our coaches for awhile now.
He does so by highlighting creativity of play calling from other teams and saying how much easier things are with a creative game plan.

Honestly, he's been pretty relentless at it. Just polite about it....but effective nevertheless.

Romo still wants in the ROH, he will still be a company man.

Aikman has a gold jacket and three rings. He couldn't give a damn less what Jerry thinks.

Lol
Of course he could and win SBs

this is like saying if Jim Brown played today he wouldn’t be a great RB because the passing game is emphasized

Truly great people would be great because they would find a way to be great because that is who they are

Romo isn’t as outspoken as Troy. Seen clips of Troy going at it with some players and coaches during his playing days. Never saw Romo get into it with any of the players or coaches. Troy could get pretty angry and is opinionated. We’ve seen it on his Twitter.

Troy was a true leader
Romo was not

Probably not. Romo keeps everything in perspective:

  • (Regarding moving forward, next year) "We're going to try to get back in the playoffs and try to win the Super Bowl. That's all you can do. If we don't...OK. If we do...OK."
  • "I've had a lot worse happen to me than a loss in a sporting event, that's for sure. If this is the worst thing that ever happens to me, then I've led a pretty good life."
  • (In response to how he gets over a tough loss) "I wake up tomorrow and keep living."

Garrett is a victim , poor soul only gets 6 million per season... win loss or draw .

What an agony.

I believe Jimmy would have been stuck in the past scheme wise. Just another ole skool coach stuck in his ways.
