Will we ever get a real GM?

Do you guys think we will ever get a GM once Jerry passes the torch or do you think Stephen Jones will just continue down this road..

I'd rather have a guy who has been playing football since he was 7 and actually lived the life. Also proven GM's aren't really that easy to find.

No new GM, if so it will be SJ's son. This is a family business that just so happens to have a team in the NFL.
