Norv Turner to replace Payton and Dom Capers to replace Zimmer.

Even if we didnt sign one viable FA this offseason, I would be very satisfied with those two.

I think there is a chance we lose both.

The league is starved for coaches and both now have worked 3 years under Parcells, which (fairly or unfairly) moves them up in a lot of people's eyes.

The "coaching tree" philosophy is still alive and well in the NFL.

Payton to the Raiders, assuming there were no hard feelings 2 years ago when Payton didn't accept their offer to be HC. He's exactly what Davis wants. A relatively young offensive minded coach and he's worked under Al's long-time buddies Bill Parcells and Jerry.

Zimmer's only chances would be to the Rams or a gig at the college level IMO.
