My vote is Williams and Austin, with Crayton as the #3 (slot)

I agree. I think Williams and Austin are better suited on the outside with Crayton as a slot WR.

This is my vote also

I think anyone with a shred of common sense would agree with this suggestion which is why we probably won't see it.

Willams #1 Austin #2 and Hurd/Ogletree #3, Crayton Waterboy

So glad you're not employed by the Cowboys.

Hurd needs to go.
He's worthless and his personality bugs me.

Can I ask why Nav?

Do I really need to spell it out for you?

What the hell have Hurd or Ogletree done to deserve consideration as the #3 WR, over a proven WR like Crayton?

Wade Phillips stopped short of declaring Austin a starter. But the Cowboys' head coach did say the receiver will be on the field against Atlanta as much as he was Sunday afternoon against Kansas City.

"He's going to play," Phillips said. "I mean, he played 58 plays in this game and I'm saying he's going to play 50-something plays in the next game, too. We're going to get him on the field."

Any more bellyaching?

Got ya. Just wasn't sure if it was the "waterboy" thing that pissed you off. But, you are right.

R. Williams and M. Austin should and probably will start (unless these dumb coaches have a brain fart). Crayton/Olgetree should be in the slot...(anyone besides me think Olgetree would be a scary slot guy?)

I don't see what RW has done for us to merit a starting position at WR.

But i guess he has plenty of potential.

RW and crayton/austin. Split time between crayton and austin. Let things play out for a few weeks and then pick.

Don't be too surprised if Crayton remains the starter in "name" only. Meaning, he gets the first series and then Miles sees the majority of snaps after that.

Same treatment that was given to the Ellis/Spencer situation last year.

It would be lame, but not a huge deal. Wade already said Austin will see as much action vs. Atlanta as he saw vs. Kansas City.
