(4:00 PM): Closing the gap... For most of the season it appeared that Minnesota RB Adrian Peterson had a lock on this year's overall rookie of the award nomination. However, in recent weeks, San Francisco MLB Patrick Willis has at least made it a race. Willis, the 11th player taken at the 2007 draft, for example, had a huge day this past weekend which won the GBN 'Rook of the Week' award for the second time this year edging out a pair of players taken deep in this year's 7th round.
