You are correct. Dallas win or Giants loss and we clinch the NFC East also with a Dallas win next week Dallas will be assured of a bye week during the wildcard weekend.

I wonder if Martz will be back. Not sure his offensive philosophy gels with the personality Ron Manelli. With our rush and the Lion's protection schemes, our defense should have a good day, although I take nothing for granted in this league (see Buffalo game).
