Our company got windows XP pro with SP1 for under $10 when it was pretty new (just after SP1 came out).

I got it for free from our company. Same as Office and Symantic Corporate anti-virus and a few other programs

So..you are a thief, huh?

You know that you are not supposed to steal from your employer, right?

Yep we got multiple licenses for the software so mine is as good as buying it from a store.

What did you pay for the Mac you're running it on? :laugh2: Ubuntu is free.

$600 for a slightly used 24" iMac. I got lucky. I had to install Windows Vista on it for one of my classes and I hate the constant "Allow or deny"..
