Winners is what winners do. Colin

Umm.. I’ve felt like puking ever since that FG went in but I’m proud of how the team play.

Maybe blame the NFL for turning their eye on that push off or Levontae David spiking his helmet.

We were going to run out the clock but then the holding penalties came but when Tampa commits penalties the refs are nowhere to be seen.

For game 1 all things considered of course I’m “happy” with that.

no ones happy about the loss

no ones pounding their chest, the thing is we looked better as a team and the defense looked like what they were suppose to a competent unit

so yes i dont believe in moral victories theres no such thing but just like you can point out flaws you can point out improvment

and people talk about moral victories like they werent praising the Washington Football Team and saying they've earned respect for going toe to toe with brady and the bucs in the playoffs like that team hasnt won a playoff game in 16-17 years or been to a nfc championship since 91

"Happy" is the wrong word:

"Hopeful" that they build on some very good play.
"Relieved" that they didn't suck from the get go.
"Excited" at the prospect of what seems to be an improved defense - with the exception of Brown.
"Aware" that a couple of things beyond the team's control contributed to the loss.
"Uninterested" in the opinion of Cowherd.

exactly how i feel!

am i happy? no of course not a loss is never accecptable theres plenty of areas that need work but there were improvements

if the bucs played the 2020 cowboys i have no doubt Tom goes 20/25 300 yards 3 touchdowns and 0 picks and Fournette goes for 180 on 25 carries and 2 tds

One team is celebrating today, the other is cursing all the mistakes they made. That's the difference between winners and losers.

I don't really care if the fans are happy or not. They can think what they want.

I just hope the players aren't happy. They're the ones that don't need to fall into this "moral victory" mindset. The only thing a moral victory will get you is a seat on the lazy boy watching the games that matter at the end of the year saying things like "Ya know, we played them tough. They got us in the end, but we gave em a run for their money. If only a few things would've went our way. Oh well, we'll get em next time".

If Dallas brings that kind of focus and effort along with playcalling and QB play I’ll be happy.

Ive seen so much sloppy garbage with bad playcalling and mediocre QB play that last night was a breath of fresh air.

I want to win but that’s a tough game to win week 1 on the road in prime time against the Super Bowl champs.

Hes right though

Fans talking about they are proud of their Cowboys…

Proud of what? They blew ANOTHER game. I dont want to hear about “they looked like a different team”, because they didnt.

People talk about what could have happened but keep failing to mention the Bucs should have had at least 14 more if not for Godwin.

Its just embarrassing thats where the bar is for this team anymore, but I guess it is what it is.
