The guy literally throws 4 incompletions in the entire game.

One incompletion in the second half which was the throw to Dez.

And he's being ripped. How the hell?

Correct and the reason he was limping on the field is because Hyde tore into his leg with his cleat.

Philly radio guys are homers just like this writer, as far as everything I have read, Dallas media may be more slanted to being anti Dallas!

Get a load of these quotes....from Bob McGuinn of Milwaukee Sentinel-Post

"Romo’s body was twisted by Micah Hyde on a slot blitz. Already playing with a bad back, Romo limped the rest of the way and fell apart"

"Not only was Romo even more immobile than normal, it’s almost as if he was shellshocked"

"Scott Linehan wisely built his day around Murray until late in third quarter. That’s when he failed to realize Romo was dead in the water and called one too many passes"

The article was posted in the DMN, basically saying Packers would have won regardless of the over turned call. Rodgers would have led them down the field etc...While that may be true, this dude takes some shots on Romo, ouch!!! WHY????

Romo played well, threw a great pass that was CAUGHT!!! Romo never gets a break. Amazing this is what GB fans have to read regarding their team, this clown beat reporter.....then again that's why the guy is writing in Milwaukee???? Too funny!!!!

Unreal. Romo always plays hurt, and guess what? He had a great game. If that's what "shellshocked" looks like, I hope all players experience it. Those quotes are even worse than having to listen to Joe Buck's incessant fawning over Rodgers -- as if the Packers were the only team on the field.

"Dead in the Water" is a nautical term meaning "no power and not moving". For example, if a ship loses power and is just bobbing up and down in the water, it is "dead in the water".

I mean I get what it means but what do they mean in applying it to Romo lol. The term doesn't fit anything he did at all yesterday lol.

I don't get that one.

We scored 21 points on the road. Would have score at least 26 points if the catch was called correctly. And this was in cold weather, on crappy turf without our starting RT and our star RB still playing with a bad hand.

He also had over a 140 QB Rating.

The fanboy mentality in NFL writers never ceases to amaze me.

Seattle better play better than they did last week. I think they were fortunate.

Carolina went up and down the field on them. Fat dude's 3rd down drop and Cam staring down receivers makes this game more lopsided then it was.

Pack can win

Dead in the water and called one too many passes? Funny, seemed to be a pretty damn good throw on 4th & 2 to Dez. The pass that should've counted would've put Romo at 16 for 19 and bettered his already 140 rating.

Hey McGuinn...Romo should've limping, what with Matthews & the gang twice going low at his knees with no call on either play. Phil Simms even mentioned the non-calls in the Boys game while doing the Colts/Broncos game, after Manning got hit low and a flag was thrown.

Murray's fumble led to 3 points for the Packers instead of potentially 7 for the Cowboys. Bailey missed another FG. Dallas had a recovered fumble in their hands & somehow let it slip out. And then there was the BS call on a great throw & catch. The Packers escaped period. Attempting to pin it on Romo is sleazy, greazy & all kinds of Green Bay cheezy. Even smaller town Podunk now prefers sensationalism.

The guy is trying to "deflect" what happened in the Big 10 Game against Ohio.........and Romo is an easy target. How about writing something concerning the 59-0 BEATING you took?

I'm still mad we didn't get to Rodgers, I would have much rather have the controversy been focused on sidelining Mr. "I've got 6 hrs left in me" than a NY overturned call.
