With Gregory's long arms, I cannot wait until Hardy gives him some tips!

Hardy is known for his hand work while rushing the passer, he uses his hands to keep offensive tackles away from him and unable to ward him off. I think Hardy could be a BIG help to Gregory by showing him some of that technique. Gregory is already pretty good at that but Hardy and Marinelli will put him in another league, in my opinion.

Hardy will probably be as excited about helping Gregory as Favre was with helping Aaron Rodgers. Or Joe Montana was with helping Steve Young.

I doubt it Hardy is going to get paid this year or the next, besides Hardy seem too much like a team player. We need a rotation and at that is around 3 to 4 different ends regardless if Gregory was pick..

This. Hardy is a noteable good teammate.

Plus he will get 12 million from someone next year if he keeps his nose clean regardless of how many snaps he gets, and he knows it.

I can't wait till Tyron schools him.

BTW, will Hardy even be allowed to join the team once the season starts?

Not sure what the rules are, but I do know he will be able to participate in TC and play in preseason games

Yes Hardy get to participate in everything including preseason games. Just has to step away for the regular season games that he misses.

Gregory has freakish athleticism for his position. If he can figure out a way to play at 255-260 and own the 'dez program' then there is no reason this team can't have two young dynamic pass-rushers for next 7 years.

That is ridiculous. For one, Hardy signed a one year contract. He does not necessarily expect to be here past this season. For two, DE is not like QB. You have to multiple DEs to have a good defense. There are always more than one on the field at a time whereas there is only one QB. Helping another DE not only helps that DE but it helps you as well. It helps the defense as a whole and it makes it harder for teams to double Hardy.

Seriously, think a little bit before you post because that is one of the dumbest things I have read on this board.

What's is ridiculous is your inability to even recognize when someone is making a light hearted joke. You are way to serious to your embarrassing replies to people's post turn a friendly message board into a non stop battleground of instigated conflict.
Just pathetic.

Nice backtrack.

I like the DE rotation at this point, especially considering how many snaps Selvie took last year while doing nothing. Hardy at RDE and Gregory backing him up, then DLaw & Mincey at LDE (I think DLaw starts) and you have two pass rushers on the ends for every snap of the game. That gives Marinelli a lot more options, plus the DT play should be much better next year also to help the DE play.
