I've never bought into all the dirty Oline stuff, I just don't like Shannahan.tomson75;2583432 said:Is this even an issue anymore? Shanny isn't coming here.

You watch. Were this to happen (note the conditional tense), this place would get all weird about chop blocks, instantly.

If he comes here, and we win a PO game and get into the SB , believe me, They'll be blinders on for the chop blocks, eye poking, groin grabbing etc.

It would take longer than that to get rid of these players -- way too heavy on the cap.fan62;2583502 said:If Shanny were to come here, all of this OL would be gone by the trading deadline in Oct. Shanny could not use his system with these guys and would take what smaller, quicker lineman he could find to do his dirty work. He would just make do, with what he could until he drafted or aquired better talent.
Shanny has done nothing since Terrell Davis left, and will never win another ring. He would even get rid of TO after one season, learning that he is not an elite WR, any longer. He would try to make good use of our RB core, and Witten would love playing for him. He would never take this team to the next level. The only way he could make this team a winning team is to get the league to move them to the AFC West, and not have to play the NFC
East teams.
