Please....hiring Norv would be like witnessing a mudslide at Valley Ranch. We would be better off rolling the dice on a local HS coach versus giving the job to Norv. All he has ever proven he can do at the head coaching position is LOSE.
Why some on this board are singing his praises is beyond The Prophet.
If we bring back Norv, we might as well bring back clowns like the horrid Q and Hambrick. Surely Norv could turn these guys into stars. LOL.

OK now to this subject....All I am worried about right now is who is going to run the defense? Just who is that "DC" going to be if we hire Norv I just don't get it. I would prefer having a "D" guy being named HC at this point since Garrett is already our "OC".

Maybe just maybe Norv is bring brought in to hold Garrett's hand wile learning the big roll? If so what strong "D" guy can Jerry be thinking about? Can he be considering someone already in house as the new "DC"?

Very confusing that Jerry would basically go after 2 "OC" guys at the same time unless it's as I presume Norv is Jason's tutor.

My gut feeling is Phillips will get the job. This in my opinion will help with the 3-4 defense that we will run and it will allow Garrett a chance to bring his own ideals about the offense to the fore front.
