With the team we have right now, how good can we be?

In terms of roster transactions, we downgraded at 3 starting spots this offseason (Tyron -> Guyton, Biadasz -> Beebe, Pollard -> Zeke) and upgraded at 0.

In terms of veterans on the roster, I don't really see any breakout candidates on offense - Ferguson and Tyler Smith are VERY good, but they were also good in '23, so how much improvement are we forecasting. And Cooks and Steele are two vets who look like the wheels might fall off.

This offense is basically just The Lamb Show. There's no big play threat or high-volume option outside of him, just a bunch of rotational gut runners and checkdown receivers.

Not factually correct. Until last year everyone said counting on Tyron was a mistake and it was time to move on. Suddenly he is irreplaceable?
Beebe walks in a better center than Biadasz. He just does. We don't know what the RB corp will look like when the season starts. I don't see any downgrades. Yes Guyton will have a learning curve. But I fail to see who the Cowboys have lost on offense that makes them less than the offense they were last year. Especially if the coaching staff fixes the running scheme from the 2023 disaster!

Who would you rather have blocking Myles Garrett in week 1 - Tyron or Guyton? If you think Tyron is better suited for it, we downgraded at LT.

3rd round offensive lineman historically have a 40% hit rate. If the league thought that Beebe was a cinch to be a better player than Biadasz, a $10M/yr vet, he wouldn't have lasted until the third round.

And of course the Cowboys think that Pollard is a better player than Zeke. Last offseason, we franchised Pollard and ate $16M in dead cap to get Zeke to leave.
