I really don't see them allowing him to play unless he received a clean bill of health. I just hope they're precautionary with him. Feel out the game and reserve him till needed.

They said his scan yesterday showed that his wound had healed.

I believe he has been cleared(100% healed) for a few days and the Cowboys were just playing cat-and-mouse.

He would never be allowed to play if the doctors thought there was a chance of doing significant damage. He's obviously been cleared to play.
