My brother and I just returned from an amazing golf getaway in Mesquite, NV where we played golf at one of the coolest courses in the country, Wolf Creek.

I thought I would share a few pictures, not every day you get to play on a course from Tiger Woods' game.

The course is spectacular, one incredible hole after another. The greens were very difficult, but we loved every minute of it.

That is a nice course, difficult but nice. I am not sure if I liked this one or TPC Summerlin better.

No idea what deal he got but I paid around $150 a few years ago there. My round at TPC Summerlin was free.....played with Emmitt Smith and Jerry Rices’ group in the Timberlake/Shriner tourney. I think ya have to know a member who plays there to get a round in.

Not sure, bought a package deal to play 3 courses (Casablanca, Wolf Creek and Conestoga) with 4 nights at a hotel.

The website shows it is $100 to $200 depending on the time of year.

The greens gave me the most trouble, they were much faster than anything I had ever played and had big breaks.

Overall I played pretty well, shot an 86 with 11 of the 14 fairways hit and 12 of the 18 greens in regulation. If not for 40 putts, it would have been a great round for me.

And what did you shoot on the back 9???? j/k :) That's probably what I'd shoot after 4. Beautiiful course though. I love 'carved out' courses. I absolutely hate English styles courses where you can't tell where the fairways are from the next hole over.Bleh.

LOL, I actually hit the ball really well, hitting 11 of the 14 fairways and hitting 12 of 18 greens in regulation. Mostly because I hit my 2 hybrid off the tee on every hole but #1. Putting, on the other hand, was a nightmare. The greens are insanely fast with multiple levels and break in every direction. I might have had a shot to break 80 if not for 40 putts. I had a 12-foot birdie that was level with the pin, that I hit like 3 feet and the ball ended up 8 feet past the hole. :)

I am with you on the "English style courses", this is course is easily the nicest and funniest course I have ever played on.
