Woman Raped by Sheriff's Deputy While Waiting to go to Court

A woman in Maryland who was allegedly raped for 30 minutes by a deputy sheriff has filed a $15 million lawsuit against the Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Office and her attacker.

The 34-year-old woman was detained at the Prince George’s County Courthouse awaiting trial when Deputy Sheriff Lamar McIntyre allegedly forced her to have sex with him.

McIntyre took her into an isolated holding cell and told her to get naked, according to the lawsuit. While making her perform oral sex and vaginal sex without a condom, the sheriff’s deputy “used his right hand to slap her buttocks extremely hard,” the lawsuit states. McIntyre also allegedly forced the woman to remain on all fours while he took pictures with his camera phone.

I feel for any guy who is being accused of Rape, when the act was consentual, but it's hard to feel sorry for him even assuming that it isn't rape.

From my understanding, a lot of rape victims don't scream or even put up a fight. They go numb because of the trauma that is taking place. They just lay there until it's over. The downside of this, we will never know if she was forced or went along with it to get herself out of trouble.

If true, I hope that cop pays dearly. You can't use your position of power and trust and do things like this.

Two people can consent to something and still be rape after it's done. It can just be a simple act that she didn't want to do but he made her. Could of been the pictures he took. Don't know.

sorry, but this is flat out 100% wrong. If she consented to having intercourse with him, the fact that he took unwanted pictures of her during the intercourse in no way whatsoever constitutes rape.

I was being a lil sarcastic on that part but like I said if she did consent, that doesn't mean she consents to everything he wants her to do.
