I was being a lil sarcastic on that part but like I said if she did consent, that doesn't mean she consents to everything he wants her to do.

Based on what I read. (if not bantered) is a twist of the real story which included both truth and fiction.

ie, she had sex with him, but only as a tool to set up this situation.
