What's even more revealing about this video is that those mall "security" people sound like wimps and one sounds like she's a 16 year old girl.

No wonder there are so many thefts in the mall when all you have to fear running into is some skinny, 20 year old kid.

Lady how about you accept some responsibility for your own stupidity.

I'm not going to lie, the guards should have went down there to make sure shes okay, but as most cases like this, people see it as an easy pay day.

Reprimand those that were on duty and be done with it. If you didn't have your face stuck in a phone you wouldn't have fell in. I'd sue her for contaminating my fountain.

I doubt that she could sue for the YouTube thing and win. However, she may be able to sue the Mall for not having the fountain cordoned off. That, she might have a case for.

The Mall might be found guilty of that. The Judge may award to the plaintiff and make the Mall buy her a new Cell Phone.

Nope, not even that. Our mall has a fountain that isn't cordoned off. Noone has fallen into it.

The lawyer should be disbarred if he actually files something in court.

I wish I could sue someone and get money everytime I did something stupid. I could of retired at least 20 years ago.

I don't see how she can have a law suit for them laughing at her.

However I am curious about if she can sue for them uploading surveillance video from the mall, with her in it, to the internet.

Shouldn't be able to.

I can't believe someone would take ownership for something like this in order to try and make a buck.

I hope she's laughed right out of court.

There's another word I'd like to use that rhymes with "witch".

She should be ashamed for being such a self-righteous tramp.

Nobody came to help you because you aren't such an important person in this word that people should have to hold your hand and tell you everything is okay when you make a mistake.

What were they supposed to do, hunt you down using the surveillance system just to see how badly your ego was damaged?

Get a grip.

I'd love nothing more than to see someone slap the hell out of her with a slimy trout while everyone else points and laughs.

P.S.

The world would be better served had she walked into a oncoming traffic on the interstate.

Was that before or after her epipheny?

Before, which makes me think she walked into the fountain on purpose.

If she wasn't faking it, then I hope she's ok. However, it seems to me that it seems to be fake. Why someone would do that? Who knows.

First, what doesn't seem right to me is the fact that if you truly don't see an obstacle in front of you, then you would simply walk into it. She seemed to lift her leg up at the last second. It doesn't seem like she lifted her leg up in a natural way in falling. I could be wrong.

Second, if you watch the side camera, her stride changes as she walks towards the fountain and the last full stride before the impact, she shortens it significantly instead of simply walking as if you do not see the obstacle in your path to begin with.
