btw, I was watching TruTV the other day, and a lady who the cops went to her house for some emergency call or something and left, she called the dispatch and asked her to send one of the cops back, because she liked him and wanted to go out w/ him

of course she got arrested

9-1-1: "Ma'am, then I suggest you get your money and go somewhere else! This is not a criminal issue, we can't go out there and make them make you a cheeseburger the way you want it."
Lady: "Well, that is, you're supposed to be there to protect me!"

The woman called 911 because the cashier wouldn't give her money back after they told her they were out of nuggets. They tried to substitute her nuggets with something else and refused to give a refund. I imagine I would have called the police as well. Assuming the report I read is correct, what they did was illegal.

I agree... she shouldn't have called 911, but McDonalds was clearly in the wrong here as well. Wouldn't surprise me if she got some sort of settlement from them.
