Woods Getting Props

Heath is at SS and Woods is at FS... so they aren’t necissarily competing for the same spot, although either could be moved to the other safety position.

Oh my!
That is almost unfair to the rest of the league
Better be careful or the NFL will make us trade one of them

even if this is the equivalent of adding lens flare to a photoshop picture for that extra epicness

this is taken from a interview with Mickey as many know
but he didnt single out Xavier, he answered a question from Mickey specifically about Woods
but he also said in the same breath that Heath has the tools, Kavon has the tools, bunch of guys have the tools lol

the guy that he really gushed about was Byron
said he always wanted the opportunity to work with Byron and referred to him as a premiere athlete

what im saying is, the piece about Woods is cherry picked and fluff (though Woods was 1 of my 2 favorite picks last year along with Jourdan)
Thanks for that interview 'link' BRO!
that dude is gonna "draw in& tighten up" our DB's in such a fashion as y'all can't grasp upon it as of yet!,,, I loved hearing him say " there ain't no easy downs" & "it all starts at the line",,,, sounds to me like Rod Marinelli's battle Doctrine of 'bend but don't break' concept is going to be challenged! as it's already clashing just from an initial casual glance,,,o_O

Really hope he proves people like me wrong but it would be surprising if he can last the whole season at his size.

Earl Thomas was one of the most durable safeties in the league and is smaller, and only 5 pounds heavier.

Devin McCourtey has missed 5 games in 8 seasons and is smaller than Woods.

I wouldn't be worried about availability until he proves otherwise.

not sure why not Tyrone Matieu is one of the better safetys in the league correct? 5'9 186 is his list woods is 5'11 197..odd right perception but hes bigger than the honey badger

But But But we need E.T. to take us to the next level..

Woods and J. Smith will make a lot of plays on defense this upcoming season. You can bet your bottom dollar on that

Woods + Heath or Woods + Thomas.... not even close. E.T. would take us to another level.

Woods is a ball hawk
he had 14 picks and 5 ff in 3 years, thats very high production
you like to see the game slow down for him this year but the instincts are definitely there
im all in on the guy getting his shot
Ya-buddy! ,,,and it's about G D time those ball hawking attributes are positively reinforced in our newly acquired force additions ,,,,rather than seeing it "coached out of them",,,continually:thumbup:

This kid was widely discussed here before the draft.
It felt like destiny that he would land here.
