Mobb Deep- "Shook Ones"
Mobb Deep- "Survival of the Fittest"
DMX- "We Right Here"
Mad Skillz- "The Nod Factor"
Redman- "Time 4 Sum Aksion"
Redman- "Rated 'R'"
Redman- "Let the Monkey Out"
Talib Kwali- "Move Somethin'"
Gang Starr featuring M.O.P.- "Half and Half"
Method Man- "Bring the Pain"
Method Man and Redman- "Tear it Off"
Tash- "Bermuda Triangle"

Um... Parental Advisory on all of the above... but this list will turn you into bonafide Man-beasts. I gain 15 pounds of muscle by just listening to them. :D

Let me know if you want me to upload some.

Disturbed ~ Down With The Sickness

Rob Zombie ~ Demon Speeding

Rob Zombie ~ Never Gonna Stop

Rammstein ~ Bang, Bang (in German)

Lo Fidelity Allstars ~ Battleflag (Edited version)

Judas Priest ~ You've Got Another Thing Comin'

Just a few suggestions. If you like this type of music, Rob Zombie has a number of songs that'd be good.

Of course many AC/DC songs are good for getting pumped up:

Highway To Hell

Back In Black

TNT

For Those About To Rock

Have A Drink On Me

Shoot To Thrill

Money Talks

Thunder Struck

If You Want Blood (You've Got It)

Walk All Over You

Persoanlly I find lyrics distracting when trying to workout. I prefer some good fast paced electronica that I can get into the flow of. Joe Satriani is the best and Robin Crowe if you can find any of his work.

redman is extremely underrated; especially the stuff he did before meth.

angry lryics work good for me. DMX/BIG/Pac/ACDC/Nirvana/Soundgarden
rock, rap, metal stuff.

then more mellow classic rock, r&b, country when i cool down

techno, reggaeton is great for cardio tho.

I tend to hate cardio so listen to mostly just the hardcore stuff. prolly why i gain muscle but do not get cut, lol.
