Worst Coach Since Jimmy Left?

Not even close. Wade by a mile. Go back and look at the roster that campo had his last two years here? My God they were awful. No way any coach could win with that bunch. Also his first year might have been a little better if Galloway hadn't gotten hurt but once he did they were finished.

That was a huge set back, even thought it was Quincy ****ing Carter.

Yes, because Quincy Carter was the catalyst behind that postseason run :lmao2:

I think people also forget that under Dave Campo, the Cowboys didn't get a 1st Round pick until Campo's last year, when we selected Roy Williams.

The Organization was in horrible shape, I don't know that any coach would've survived.

I can't stand Bill Parcells, but someone gave him a vote?

Holy cow, turn the page.

Especially considering we were just 4 season removed from winning 3 out of 4 Supoerbowls and the fans expectations were much higher then than they are now. Wade wouldnt have survived last season if he were the coach in 2000.

Perhaps it was Troy Hambrick instead. :laugh2:

How many 1st round picks contribute instantly? Besides, do you forget those bewildered looks on the sideline that Campo had those days? He couldn't manage the clock at all, and looked completely lost all 3 of those years. I can't believe he survived that long as the head coach. I would have fired him after the first season of 5-11.

I don't know about that HH.

The expectations in Dallas haven't waned that much, since the 1990s.

Every year, it seems like Super Bowl or bust around here.

If Wade Phillips were the Head Coach in 2000-2002, I don't know if we would have won more then 2-3 games.

The guy just isn't a good Head Coach.

Rick Gosselin was on the Ticket Thursday after personally attending the Chiefs game last week and compared the Chiefs to the 1989 Cowboys and Wade Phillips' team needed overtime to beat them.

Sorry, but to more who is given, more is expected and Wade Phillips is just not getting it done.

Kind of like this?

I mentioned the draft picks just to show you that a 5-11 team year in and year out didn't even have 1st Round Draft Choices because of GM Jerry.
