Has to fall squarely on McCarthy’s shoulders on his hire of Mike Nolan. After six games into this miserable campaign he has got to be the worst coordinator this team has ever had. The defense has only lost two players of any real significance in Quinn and Jones. Losing two players to free agency shouldn’t cripple a defense. And another game goes by without a forced turnover.

And to think I couldn’t wait to get rid of Marinelli and Rashard.
