Worst off season move so far?

I know it's not over yet, but what would you point to as the worst off season move made this season by the Cowboys?

Unfortunately, I can see LA's release and the Kosier acquisition coming back to haunt us. So far, I'd say that was the worst (or most risky) move made this season.

I think releasing Allen was the right move overall, but I am nervous about Kosier potential

Letting Allen go was the right thing to do. He was no where close to the player we all remember. A mobile Kosier, who can get in the way of a few people and slow them down, will be an upgrade over Allen:star:

Me too :eek::

And letting Glover walk

While I understand both moves, I still hated them...

That would mean not having Owens. I don't see how Owens and Johnson could have existed peacefully in the same locker room. I liked Johnson too, but since he was released in order to trade up for Owens talent, I'm okay with it.

TO playing basketball. Potentially devastating move for the upcoming year. Who can we fire?

I hope you guys are right. Letting go of arguably the best olineman ever and replacing him with Kosier still makes me nervous though..

I disagree. I think Owens and Keyshawn would have been fine together.

I think the worst move was re-signing Keith Davis and then about two days later sigining Marcus Coleman. And then the possibility of drafting a safety with pick 18....:lmao2:

I would have loved to keep Key, I think he and TO would work fine together. I just love Key's toughness, he'll stick his head into any situation. Carolina has a great pair of recievers.

Yeah. Any time you can add one of the best players in the league, it's terrible.:eek:

Hmm, isn't Ricky Williams one of the best players in the league too? I rest my case.

Ricky Williams WAS one of the best players in the league, and his first year in miami, he played out of his mind....he's also been suspended by the league, and has a substance abuse problem - neither of which applies to TO.

Maybe think about re-opening that flimsy case.....

Key seemed to mellow a little with Parcells roaming the sidelines too, so maybe. I prefer to have only one Key/Owens (throw me the damn ball) type player though to cut down on the potential for drama. Would have been interesting that's for sure..
