What if for the Superbowl in our stadium, it's the Eagles vs. Steelers ?

Is that not the worst possible senario ever? That would be the cap on the stack of this dismal season.

As far as I'm concerned after we play the Eagles, football season is over for me. I don't plan to watch the playoffs or the Superbowl.

Now if somebody calls my house and tells me that the Steelers or Eagles are getting blown out in the playoffs, I might tune in. :D

I hope that does not happen. As far as the season being over? My cowboys season will be over but as a big fan of football I will still enjoy watching the games.

I hope it does happen, serves Jerry right for being such an idiot and not making changes when it's obvious to everyone what needed to happen years ago.

If it happens, I might sneak into the stadium before the game and put Syrup of ipecac and liquid laxative in all of the gatorade jugs for both teams.

Although the superbowl would be "crappy" it would also be entertaining.:D

You can feel however you wish, If Jerry was so wrong why did so many across the NFL think Dallas season was going to be great? Those who cover the NFL feel that the Cowboys do have the talent, no doubt upgrades at certain position has to be made.

As for Philly or Pitt does has nothing to do with Jerry.

 :laugh2: :laugh1:

The 4 teams I don't want in the Superbowl especially this season would be:
Steelers
Commanders - not possible
Eagles
Giants - close to be not possible

Any other team I don't really care.

Personally I don't think the Steelers or Eagles will get there but they seem to be the only two with a realistic shot left.

Seeing the Eagles win the Super Bowl in our house would make me vomit. Vick and DeSean Jackson are two players that absolutely disgust me for different reasons. I love Matt Ryan and will be rooting for Atlanta to go all the way.

I agree. You can't be a Cowboy fan if you aren't a football fan, and being a football fan is the foundation. I am a football fan whose preferred team is the Cowobys, but as a football fan I will watch the playoffs even when the Cowboys aren't there. I wont be as diligent about watching, and I wont let it interfere with other things the way I would if it were the Cowboys, but I will be watching games, and without a doubt will be watching the Super Bowl.

If you had no complaints about Choice getting Vick's sig btw, you certainly shouldn't care about the Eagles winning their first SB in our stadium much less another SB for the Steelers.

That's illogical.

I have no idea what one has to do with the other, but even though I would prefer it not be the Eagles or Steelers that win in our stadium, if either earns it then that's just how it is and I'm not going to worry much about it. By hosting we don't get to choose who makes it through the playoffs.

same here. Now having said that I will have passion for the games vs Philly and Pitt as I pull hard for which ever teams they matchup with.

If that happens I'm certainly a Steelers fan on that day. As sickening as that would be.

Amen to that.

I am and have been a huge Bears and Falcons fan. Anyone but the Eagles, and the path needs to be as difficult as possible for them.

Frankly, and fortunately, I don't think the Steelers quite have it this year.

I'm pulling for the Bears and Falcons myself. In the AFC my long shot is KC but right now I have to say the Pats are the top team in the AFC
