WORST song of all time.

That song by Starship, "we built this city". I am not sure if that was the actual name, but you know which one I am talking about. I am not a fan of Jefferson Airplane/Starship anyway and that song was incredibly bad.

Don't like that song either. Any time I hear it I think back to a bad memory.

"Life in a Northern Town" by Dream Academy. Hate hate hate that song.

I had a buddy named Chris who had lived in one part of England where the video for that was shot. Therefore he loved the song and would play it over and over. I wanted to strangle him.

And Sugarland already did a remake of it, so now you can hate it again. :)

You know what would make all of these songs better?

If Tony Romo sung them.

I admire your restraint.

Jackson Browne's attempt to rhyme "pretender" makes me wince each time I hear his song. Especially his reach for the "ice cream vendor."

legal tender
pounds his fender
solemnly wait for the ice cream vendor
Strolls the Pretender
legal tender
soul of the spender
contender
Say a prayer for the Pretender.
Only to surrender.

"Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman. When I worked at Kohl's Dept Store in college, that's all they played.

The new Kid Rock song I heard on the radio recently is climbing the charts rather quickly for worst songs in my opinion. I first heard it a couple of weeks ago and immediately changed the channel without knowing who was singing. When I found out it was Kid Rock it explained a lot. He is terrible.

That song he does with Sheryl Crow is good, pretty much can't stand the rest. He is the most important topic of his songs. That just annoys the hell out of me.

I can understand why you'd not like this song.

When songs like "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" or "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" confuse you, Jackson doesn't stand a prayer.

Stole the riff from Mellencamp to boot.

:hammer:

All of Kid Rock's songs are tied for #1 on the worst song of all time list.
