Doesn't realy matter. I mean Barber is a good change of pace back but in my eyes he is nothing more then that. He didn't make a good case for himself in the playoffs with his first start when he died out in the 3rd either. I see McFadden as a work horse but he does come at a hefty price. If he manages to drop down to 4th or 5th overall I wouldn't mind trading up to grab him as long as we pick up Walker and Dunn maybe even trubled corner adam packman jones.
I don't see anyone in the draft that will be at our spots in the 1st round that would be worth 1st round money so why not.
As far as trading barber goes I could care less either way. I don't hate him but I don't love him. I think he won a lot of people over for all the wrong reasons. I mean yes he is fun to watch when he is breaking tackles but he runs backwards a lot. lossing yards is not what a workhorse does.
I would rather trade down in the draft but if we are going to trade up I would rather trade say the Raiders Barber, Crayton and another player for their 1st and then trade the Falcons both our first round picks for the 2 2nd rounders and the rest of their draft or their 2 2nds 3rd and Hall. I would like us to pick up Dunn as a 3rd down back to backup McFadden. I would like us to sign Walker to take the #2 WR spot. And finaly I would like to trade a 6th round pick for Adam "Pacman" Jones.
As far as that video goes, that is exactly what I mean by people have fallen in love with him for all the wrong reasons. He is not a great back by no means. He isn't even a beast. He is very physical but not a beast. Most of you will show that 2 yard run and say what a beast. But it was only 2 yards. a beast would never had been in the endzone to begin with. All he did was fixed a misstake he made.
