What moves has Jerry done in the past year that, if given control of the team for a year, a fan from one of our divisional rivals would have done differently?

I believe they all would've made Dak the highest paid player ever.

They all would've done nothing at all in free agency.

They all would've hired Brian Schottenheimer as the head coach.
