My goodness, you could probably multiply the Cowboys' media attention x 10, min. but you'll actually be getting a coach very similar to Jimmy. Not so much an XO guy but demands respect and accountability from players AND coaches.

Now Is the Prime Time to Pay Attention to Deion Sanders’s Leadership Style

Some business leaders see the swaggering Colorado football coach as a model because of his ability to make confidence contagious

Everyone from The Rock to “60 Minutes” swooned over Deion Sanders after he led one of college football’s worst teams to a 3-0 record early this season. To business gurus, though, this is the moment that Coach Prime and his swagger really get interesting.

Now that his Colorado Buffaloes have lost two of their last three games, the true test of Sanders’s hyper-confident leadership style is whether it can withstand defeat, they say.
“Confidence is absolutely key because people need to believe that you know which levers to pull, whether you really know or not,” says Carter Pate, who specialized in corporate restructuring at PricewaterhouseCoopers before a three-year stint as chief executive of MV Transportation. “What always hangs in the back is: Be careful how much you hype if you can’t back it up.”

Deion Sanders is not a Jerry Jones type head coaching hire. Sanders does not have a submissive personality.
He'll at times will buy into what Deion is selling he'll walk the walk, he'll talk the talk, he'll be in the locker room dancing around with deion and the team, then it's time to hold players accountable, jerry will undermine deion quick as hell

It is highly likely Sanders will not afford Jerry Jones that opportunity.

First of all there is zero chance Jerry would hire him. ZERO. Because no head coach can have more of the spotlight than Jerry.

Secondly, I don’t think Prime would take this job. He is actually good motivating college kids. Don’t th8nk his skills as a HC would translate to the next level.

Third, the Cowboys don’t lack confidence. They lack real toughness. They are softer than a roll of Charmin.

LOL Think this is the 8th-9th thread on this. Let's wait more than one year in big college football for Coach Prime.

The good news is it would solve everyone's complaints of media player interviews. Prime would hog every second he possibly can to be on video. Talking in 3rd person.
It's doable, we just need to expand the circus tent dimensions by a factor of 20. Goodbye Dallas traditions, hello clown show.

Forget Deion, Jerry will hire Jeff Fisher as the next Cowboys coach. An old school coach, who's been home studying the game.

I like what Deion brings as a coach. But hiring a splashy HC is not what this team needs. As I said earlier, swagger is not this team’s problem. A soft culture and a lack of toughness is and it starts at the top.
If the Big Mac run doesn't work, seen this team try everything to overcome the owner's culture from HOF Coach, to One of Our Own, to Offensive Golden Boy, to Steadiest Candidate Available.

Only thing I can think of is try to out Hollywood the owner. Bring in Deion. LOL
