Would hire Deion as the Cowboys' next HC?

Dieon doesn't do anything as a coach. He's just able to hire coordinators who do all the work. It'd be like Jerry Jones being the coach. There'd be no coaching going on, and Deion taking all of the credit, like what he does now in Colorado. It's one of the biggest frauds I've ever seen in sports.

Shedeur is a good player. But I would hate to see Dieon become a coach on this team in any form or fashion outside of being a position coach. And I don't even think he'd be very effective at that.

Dieon is a fraud from what I can see.

I think you give DQ a shot. Or McClay even. But please no Dieon in Dallas.

If the Big Mac run doesn't work, seen this team try everything to overcome the owner's culture from HOF Coach, to One of Our Own, to Offensive Golden Boy, to Steadiest Candidate Available.

Only thing I can think of is try to out Hollywood the owner. Bring in Deion. LOL
Without any changes at the top of the organization, cosmetic changes at the HC position, QB, coordinators, etc is just another fresh coat of paint on the Titanic.

Some strong points being made in the thread. This one ^ might be the cherry on top. Read it and weep.

He'll at times will buy into what Deion is selling he'll walk the walk, he'll talk the talk, he'll be in the locker room dancing around with deion and the team, then it's time to hold players accountable, jerry will undermine deion quick as hell
Of course because Jerry wouldn't be getting all the glory. We all know that.

Forget Deion, Jerry will hire Jeff Fisher as the next Cowboys coach. An old school coach, who's been home studying the game.
Fisher has bee out of the NFL for quite some time now - 7 years (last with the Rams for the 2016 season).
He was a USFL HC in 2022.

It's still to early to say on whether he'd be a good NFL HC.
I hope he does though and if he does I would love a HC with his passion for the game.
