I know that the guy probably is loving his life right now... Not a worry in the world, but I wonder does he miss coaching... He has said several times that he loves the talent on the Cowboys and I could see him fixing this team and getting us back on the map... I think with 1 draft class and free agency he could have the Boys winning the division next year... I heard Jimmy say several times he doesn't understand why Barber isn't the starting running back... And I totally agree with that, Julius has not gotten it done IMO...

Jimmy has said he wont come back and Im pretty sure he meant it. bring in some young and motivated assistant and let him see if he can fire this team up the way payton did with the Saints and Gruden did his first year with the bucs. I think Rivera or Grimm would be great hires... Thats if Cowher turns us down. I would do back flips for 2 weeks straight if we could get Cowher

I believe the only way he comes back only if he's willing to show the world that it was a mutual decision between the two and Jerry didn't force him out.

I believe if Jerry is willing to give Jimmy Johnson a General Manager position, and good coaching pay with alot of power he could come back. But what is Jerry willing to give up to make the fans happy? That's the only question. Is he willing to come to Jimmy Johnson demands.
