Peter Konz, Center from Wisconsin is still on the board. Is there any way we might trade up into the 2nd to get him? Not as special a player as DeCastro but still the top rated Center in the draft and he would certainly fill a need for us.

I doubt Jerry will do it at this point but just curious what you folks think. Maybe we can trade Jenkins and a late pick for a 2nd and take this kid.

I think it could be prohibitively expensive, with the long-term in mind, to move up to the early/mid second round.

IMO, we would have to give our 3rd and 4th this year, plus probably another mid round pick next year (maybe a 3rd).

I'd rather let the draft come to me as it stands right now.

No... He's strong, good run blocker. but we need a DT if we trade up.

Don't think we have the horse to move back into second.

While I love Claiborne, I hate losing that second pick. We could have gotten an OLB, OG, OC, DE, S, even a TE in that slot. But we gave it all up for one player.

I guess they figure they can fill the rest out in four picks between the 3-5 range. But I doubt we get another strter out of this draft.

Maybe we could trade with the Rams again. They've got 33, 35, and 39. Could the Rams use Jenkins?

We can sit tight and get a good OC in the third. If we move, it should be up for a DE someplace. But I wouldn't move. I'd rather go DL later in the draft and find a fireplug we can give some snaps to without giving up any more picks.

I would love to move up for Konz if he does fall more than expected. If he falls to 43 then I would make the move. Give up a 2nd next year and 4th this year.

The Rams could literally use anything.

Im in the minority but im not that high on Konz as an immediate impact guy.

I don't like his strength and I know he checks out medically but I still don't like the risk enough to trade up for him.

Give me Blake. You can most likely use a 4th on him and your not so invested that you can't upgrade the position at another time.

Rams are in perfect position to add some high value players with these picks. I doubt they trade any of them away. I would love to land Konz. He is an exceptional center.

IMO opinion Konz isn't worth moving up. Cordy Glenn, maybe. I'd prefer to stay put though.
