Pretty sure it would at least be that $10M......
Yeah, no thanks.

THISWait to see how the draft plays out. If no TE falls to them, then look at bringing him back on a cheap contract.
Great minds think alike. He is a solid player but not a difference maker. I would not have franchised him last year either.No. The young guys are better and they'll draft another one.
For the right price I would love to have him back. The Cowboys could kick the "draft a TE fairly high" can down the road one year.Would you bring Schultz back on a 1-year deal?
KM schemed Schultz open and he is not a good blocker.Great minds think alike. He is a solid player but not a difference maker. I would not have franchised him last year either.
Didn't the Cowboys have a player at the same position, and in a similar circumstance like that a few years ago?No. No more progress stoppers.
Yes...I was trying to think of who it was but can't rememberDidn't the Cowboys have a player in the same position and circumstance like that a few years ago?
I agree, Dallas only proven TE was Shultz. I would have franchised him as well since they could not reach an agreement. Yes you pay maybe more than you want but it also protects a team without locking them into a bad deal. Now we see there is something to work with in Ferguson and Hendershot making Shultz less of a priorityKM schemed Schultz open and he is not a good blocker.
Franchise last year was the correct decision. Prevented them from reaching for need in the draft.
I recall his jersey # was 82...Yes...I was trying to think of who it was but can't remember
