I would guess Rod or Will, because they have probably met with him face to face and did the workout. Unless he came to VR or Senior Bowl, I doubt Stephen or Jerry ever meet the players.

Really good pass rusher, Bruglar has a 2nd round grade on him. The problem is that there are a ton of red flags with this guy for his off the field behavior.

The funny thing is, when cowboyszone first started talking about him, he was a second or third round talent in the 7th. Then he went to first round talent in the 5th. Now he is becoming a once in a generation talent in the 4th.

And this coming from a guy that really likes his talent. He would be a very good player for Marinelli, IMO. But he isn't all that. Without issues, he might have been a second round pick.
