The majority of people are lower/middle class.

It's just never a good idea to quantify people based on their income in blanket statements.

I'd love to be part of the 1 percent , ain't gonna lie about that. Having said that I say more power to them as some of them worked hard and took the risks while some were trust fund babies.

I think a team could build condos instead of luxury boxes attached to the stadiums, even more so for NBA/NHL

Why not build up and around in those cities where space is valuable.... build a hotel/condos around the arena and add a mall, restaurants and business space to make it year round....... something like the Skydome in Toronto

I would def live in a condo at that adjoined a baseball/ football team...... like the warehouse at Candem Yards in Baltimore

Would be a great place to live when I retire! I better start saving.......a lot.
Work in Texas, retire somewhere else. Property tax drives up the cost of living for retired people.

Would You Live at The Star in Frisco?

You will soon have that opportunity as Jerry Jones Sr., Roger Staubach, and Robert Shaw partner to build a residential tower—Frisco’s first high-rise building.

More development is on the way at The Star in Frisco, as Jerry Jones Sr., Roger Staubach, and Robert Shaw team up to bring a 17-story luxury residential tower to the city. The development at The Star will be Frisco’s first high-rise building and will break ground next January. Columbus Realty Partners Ltd., Shaw’s company, will be the project’s developer.

“Residents will be able to benefit from the full Cowboys experience by living next to our world headquarters and interacting with our players, coaches and executives,” Jones, the Dallas Cowboys owner, said in a statement. “Everything that goes along with being at The Star—dining, shopping, fitness, sports, entertainment and medical services—are just steps away.”

Frisco is suburbia. It's nice but not really an exciting place to live. Having mini-Jerry World there does make it interesting but otherwise the biggest attraction is Nebraska Furniture Mart.

There comes a time when the Star ceases to sparkle, when the trophies lose their luster, when the field becomes a barren wasteland, and all that is left is a fan's love for his/her football team.

[Note: Shamelessly taken from Conan The Barbarian]
I envision big Jerry World as the only thing that remains after an apocalypse.

I'm kinda wondering what would stop division teams essentially getting a spot in here and be able to scout practices? I'm sure there is something in the order to do this but wondering what it is?

Interesting... lot of smart ways they can progress this concept from here.

I would role out a Dallas Cowboys Summer QB program for HS QBs that has a 20% acceptance rate to build prestige, image and brand. Every HS QB and their backups backup will be trying to get in. Expand the concept from there, Jerry turns the emperor meme into reality.
