Say Miami gives us a 2nd for Austin. Would you take our second (#51) and a fourth and say move up to Indy's spot in the 1st round and take Heyward-Bey or move up to KC's spot in the 2nd and take Hakeem Nicks?

This would have a merit if it was Maclin we were talking about. But I guess, we will get these kind of wild scenarios, till draft day.

of course! wrs are the most important position on a football team.

nope..would prefer to keep Austin

No not at all. We have enough people on offense to move the chains. Load up on the defense.

why in heavens would you want to move up to get another WR ? Even without Austin:

1) T.O.
2) RW
3) Crayton
4) Hurd
5) Stanback

Practice Squad/camp bodies:

Parris Warren
Travis Wilson

The Cowboys don't need to draft any receivers, period. Just bring the usual suspects 4 or 5 undrafted FAs to camp and move on.

No I wouldn't. Why would we want to move up and get another darn WR? We can't even get the ball into the hands of the ones we've got enough as it is and besides that this team needs to move to a more run oriented attack this season anyway.
