The Commanders are reportedly considering cutting McClain, only one year after signing him away from the Cowboys in a free agent deal. Do you think it makes sense to bring McClain back to the Cowboys a depth/rotation player?

Only a suggestion from a writer...

No thanks.............Draft a true 1-tech and the line would instantly be better...................

I would take him in a heart beat if he gave us the same level of play he did in 2016 as a run stopper...however, there's little reason to say he will as that's the only year he played at that level.

If this FO and this coaching staff can’t identify, acquire and develop young talent for rotational/injury depth, then bringing in yet another journeyman isn’t gonna make an appreciable difference, one way or the other.

That would be incredibly lazy. And a veteran costs more than a draft choice. Just draft a player.

No, always seems to have some type of injury. And would be a progress stopper at this point too.
Just do the right thing and draft a DT in the 1st round.
