To a team that offered its 2023 1st round pick?

I would love to have two first round picks in the 2023 draft. And I'm sure that trade would net an extra 3rd round pick in this years draft in the trade deal.

I especially make the trade to a team that traditionally picks in the top 10 every year.

I’d do it in a heartbeat with a team like Seattle. Something like pick 40 plus future 1st (Seattle) for 24 plus future 3rd (Dallas).

Yeah, no.
We have not filled many positions during the off-season - a 3rd WR and a rotational DE. Everything else was just bringing back what we already had.
We need players ! Although the premise sounds good - can't do it, we need every player we draft to contribute. If you give up this year's 1st. You give up on this season.

I would trade down for additional picks THIS YEAR.

Absolutely. But it depends on what team. Jets, Bears, Lions, Falcons, Panthers, and Seahawks, it's a go. No other team.
