Or does the stuff with Dez before the draft put you completely off of that idea?

What has he done in Miami to make anyone want him...

bingo. I rather keep our staff we have now. We seem to be drafting alittle better.

Because we are so missing Jeff Ireland on Cowboys front office, as we see Miami doign soo good.....

No. Miami is a train wreck. Sure glad we didn't get stuck with Sparano at HC.

Why would he come back and be under Tom Ciskowski whom he used to supervise? He has a chance to be a long time GM in the NFL. I think he will turn Miami around. I really do.

I would take Sparano back on this staff in a heartbeat if Ireland does let him go. I hope he doesn't. Good man, in a tough situation. I hope they let him build.

Nothing to do with Dez, the job he has done in Maimi makes me not went him back.

They found themselves a mountainous NT and a premier pass rusher on the cheap. They seem to have made reasonable first round picks recently with Jake Long, Vontae Davis and Jared Odrick. Pouncey was maybe a bit early this year but we'll see how he does - bloodlines seem to be valued in the league.

I'm not sure if he was responsible for the Ted Ginn pick - he was definitely picked a round early but I remember there was lots of hype about him that year.

I wouldn't mind Ireland coming back and assisting with the draft.

No, and it has nothing to do with the comments regarding Dez.

Ireland has not been impressive in Miami.
