Seems to me, they both have the same, grumpy old men, demeanor. I honestly do not see much difference in the personalities between the 2. Yes, Garrett may breathe some life, youth, and enthusiasm back into the offense but this would be the '05 team all over again ala Parcells and Payton Part Deux! Isn't this precisely what was making our team (i.e. Roy, T.O., etc.) down in the dumps and underachieving? Don't you guys agree?

No, I see Phillips as very different than Parcells, a much happier person if you know what I mean.
