So, first off, Tyson Walter was cut................yes!

Vollers cut? I didn't see that coming. Who is the backup LT? Petitti? Isn't he starting?

Al Singleton is still on the team too. I thought he was being cut. ;)

Fujita is a great addition.

Junk.

Vollers, Scott, and Walter will all be re-signed after Sept. 11.

JJ and Bill just don't want to have their vet salaries guaranteed because they were all on the roster on opening day.

My sincere condolences to you;

!!!!bawahahha!!!!!!!

So who gets cut after week one? Obviously this will be short lived elation for those at the bottom of the roster.

True, I just posted this in another thread. This way they are not responsible for their full years pay if released during the season.

Just busting Junk's' chops........at what would have been his finest hour. :D

Who knows - one or two or none of those guys...might be back...Peterman and Noll behind LA and Marco, and Dre rotating with Al, prolly did spell Tyson's demise as swing guard-center.

But Junk can't be 100 percent sure of that. :D

I can appreciate some good chop bustin'. However, I thought you had a legitimate point. Unless management has something else in the works (which they very well may), I see Vollers and Scott back in week two.

trust me guys we will lose vollers, someone will pick him up, last year, 2-3 teams tried to tr ade for vollers,

I think unless there is an injury you won't see any of those guys back.

That was my first thought as well. Both Vollers and Walters are valuable backups and decent starters albeit marginal. They should get picked up by someone without depth or even in dire need of a starter. I guess Noll showed enough to take their place as backup tackle and emergency guard. That does save one roster spot.

BP is fed up with guys who are not good enough to start. Let us move on.

when it comes to vollers and walters the 4th year test did them in. bp doesn't like to keep back ups after the 4th year.

That's all well and good but who is going to be the backup? We needed to replace them with something better or at least as good before cutting them. I'll buy cutting Walters with Peterman and Noll at guard there but who backs up Flo?

Ah, have your fun.

I actually like Vollers and Scott. Fine backups in my mind. The Vollers cut shocked me.

Walter, though.......yuck. Sign with NO and let LeCharles beat you down.
