I saw this video of a WR agility drill on Cowboys Nation. I kept thinking, "Who is #83? He's quick and explosive."

To my untrained eye, it looked like 83 was the quickest in these drills. Turns out #83 is T. Williams. I think he's going to be pretty good.

D. Harris looked a little sloppy on that first route in 7 on 7.

What nuances can you guys see from the video?

I dont know that you can take too much from this kind of thing, but one thing I liked was that Miles and Dez were the first to go in the group. Its a small drill, but its good to see that neither of them stepped into the back and waited for everyone else, especially Miles.

One reason Williams was quicker is because he didn't go around the cones like Dooley demonstrated.
He approached the cones, then proceeded to turn in front of them without going around.
All he had to do was pivot and turn as opposed to circling the cones.
Seems to me he didn't perform the drill as instructed.

Going around the cones really has nothing to do with what the coaches are wanting. They want them to plant and cut whether it was before or after the cone didn't make a difference to the coaches. Dooley even made mention during the second ones about thats good, thats the way it ought to work.

the fact is he is quick in and out of his breaks which is the point of the drill

He was really quick. Also I didn't see anything to suggest Harris looked sloppy. I did notice there were a few guys who were really slow at that drill

Looks like he is a body catcher. That is consistent with his reputation of having the dropsies.

Williams did look good and I'm a big fan of his, but it looked to me like part of it was that Miles and Dez weren't running very hard from cone to cone. They were almost jogging between them and then working on their feet, while TW was running hard the whole drill. Coale did the same.

Probably the difference between vets and rookies.

I think you are missing the point here... The real thing that needs to be evaluated is whether or not his feet are agile enough to catch. Get it together man! ;)
