I feel like Sanjay did a good job this year. With that being said, I’m really liking how McCarthy is handling business. Inputting his own staff exactly how he wants it, what more could you ask for?

It is important that McCarthy surround himself with a staff he knows and trust. All coaches know when a new HC is hired there is a good possibility they will be fired. These are not newbees to the coaching profession.

For most teams this is normal. This is only the 3rd time that a JJ coach has done it and I'm enjoying it.

He was snarky with reporters seemed like a strong headed and opinionated guy which may not have been a bad thing but could rub folks the wrong way.
