Lamb gave up while the ball was still in play and catachable. Too whiney instead of fighting for it and worrying about if it's a flag or not after the play.

The other pass seemed Gallup made effort, where the ball was located behind the defender, it was going to be a hard catch but definitely more there for a flag.
